Ordering Process
To begin the ordering process, go to the Place an Order section of the website. You'll begin by filling out the order form, which includes event information, cake details, and an option to upload reference photos.
After that, you can build your custom cake or select items from the menu, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation and any necessary follow-up details.
Pickup Options
We currently offer pickup for all orders from our location in Downtown Vancouver. During the ordering process, you'll be able to select a preferred pickup date and time that works best for you.
The full pickup details, including address and instructions, will be provided in your order confirmation.
Customization Options
We understand that every cake is unique. We offer a variety of different customizable options and accessories you can add to your order.
During the ordering process, customers are encouraged to make any special requests that could help bring their dream cake to life.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Please note that we do not specialize in allergen-free or dietary-specific baking. Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, including common allergens, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
While we’re happy to hear your concerns, we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary restrictions. We recommend using discretion when placing an order if you have serious food allergies or sensitivities.
Payment and Pricing
All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering to ensure they are confirmed and scheduled for fulfillment. This is a standard policy that helps us manage production and secure your spot in our baking calendar.
We also require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all orders. Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice may not be accepted or may be subject to a rush fee, depending on availability.
